Centralized Palletizing Systems
Our centralized end-of-line palletizing solutions meet the flow optimization needs of several production lines. In 90% of cases, they are coupled with a shared automatic empty pallet distribution system, as well as a pallet wrapping and labeling unit, often including the transfer of full pallets to the warehouse or shipping area.
Features
The arrival of the products is at a high level in order to free the access flows between the production lines. The analysis of the project data allows us to choose between these two palletizing technologies:
- The Multi-Axis robot, coupled with a gripping tool (suction, clamping or fork).
- The layer palletizer with high-level infeed, without product gripping, enables more controlled palletizing to ensure precise alignment of the boxes from one layer to the next.
